Engineered Plans & Slabs

Confidence in the product is paramount, and that begins with a solid foundation that is engineered for the best quality home possible.  We'll provide an engineer letter and stamp at the end of each build, resulting in a less expensive, warrantable product and piece of mind for you.

Banking Assistance

There is much to consider in today's economy, but banking with local entities allows you to be a person with a local loan officer rather than a number.   Relationships with local lenders ensures a more seamless funding process at each phase of the building process for Grace and Provision Custom Homes, but also for you, allowing you to  focus more on the customization of your new home and less on reaching your lender.
